A detection is a potential match and a lead for composer review, not proof that a use is unauthorised or infringes anyone's rights. You review the evidence before choosing what, if anything, to do next. A detection alone does not complete a licence or confirm that a royalty has been paid.

Creative Commons permissions depend on the exact licence deed and version, the credit given, any changes to the work, and how it is used. Fingerprint matching can surface a possible use; it cannot decide whether that use follows the terms.
Coverage is limited to supported public content available through providers configured for LicenseTrack when a scan runs. Provider setup, source access, and scan timing affect results, so a match or the absence of one is not conclusive.
